I can't believe what we found behind the wall in the foyer this weekend.   Electrical cord attached to an extension cord and no box! It is amazing we didn't have a fire. This passed my buyer's inspection too. Anyway we are now gutting out the foyer, running new line and then having an inspection to make sure done right. Then we will reinsulate and put the sheet rock up.
