Adam McWhorter is an openly gay, vulgar, and unapologetic 24 year old singer/songwriter from Montgomery, AL. McWhorter began his indie music career in 2005 with the release of his debut album "I Learned Everything I Need About Love & Sex From Liz Phair". He has released 4 recordings since then; "Noli Me Tangere" in 2006, "This Present Desire (EP)" in 2008, "Pulp" in 2009, & most recently "The World Is Flat" in May of 2010. Adam McWhorter has collaborated with other local artists and musicians over the years, including Joey van Houten, Christopher "Shitty" Strickland, and guitarist/sister Heather Kimbrell. In March of this year, McWhorter published his first book of poetry called "The Piano and Other Poems", which is now available on LuLu and Amazon.com.
